ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Tracey Lebedovich.

I am a freelance Art Director and Designer with a Bachelor of Design Degree and 20+ years experience building, strengthening and re-defining brands across digital platforms – from interactive storytelling and motion-based experiences, to complex responsive websites and apps. I thrive on the continuous learning that happens when design and technology meet and enjoy diving head first into each client's business, always balancing the objectives of the client and the genuine needs of the user.

Over the years I have worked on projects for a wide range of organizations – from tech start-ups to globally recognized brands including Disney, Williams-Sonoma, Adidas, National Film Board of Canada, Lions Gate Entertainment, The Webby Awards, New Line Cinema, Microsoft, Qlik, Adobe, University of British Columbia and the Government of British Columbia.

I appreciate the opportunity to work in close partnership with talented producers, developers, writers, photographers and other creatives, overseeing projects from the initial brainstorm to the final launch and beyond.

Projects I have worked on have garnered awards including ones from Graphis, Applied Arts, Communication Arts, The Webby Awards, Awwwards, Addy Awards, Photo District News Awards, New York Festivals, Columbia University School of the Arts (Digital Dozen - Breakthroughs in Storytelling Award) as well as an Award of Excellence from the Canada International Film Festival and nomination for a Canadian Screen Award.

I am based in North Vancouver, Canada but am well-versed working remotely for clients located just about anywhere.

When I'm not working I am exploring the beautiful North Shore mountains with my husband, two daughters and labradoodle. I'm an avid watcher of documentaries, a big music fan, a lover of the outdoors, and a coveter of mid-century modern design and architecture.
